I have successfully helped many people create stronger relationships. I work with couples or one member of a couple to create change. Improving your relationship sometimes is just a matter of knowing where to focus your attention and energy. I offer traditional couples counseling and private (one-couple only) workshops that help couples move from dissatisfaction towards satisfaction in their relationships.

 I specialize in working with couples in crisis (where one or both parties are considering divorce) and I specialize in working with couples where one or both partners may have mental health concerns such as depression, addiction, anxiety etc.

I work with all kinds of people who are wanting to improve their relationships, including people who are married, dating and living together and I am an LGBT friendly therapist. My focus is to help couples renew, repair and move forward in their relationships.

My degrees are from the University of Notre Dame and Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. I have been licensed in the State of Missouri as a psychologist for 15 years and have provided services to the St. Louis area since 1989. I am a member of the American Psychological Association.

My office is centrally located off of Hwy 40 with plenty of available parking.
